A Horizon project (2026-2030) within HORIZON-MISS-2025-01-CLIMA-03: Demonstrating solutions to help hotspots in coastal regions to adapt to climate change.
HARCCA’s main objective is to demonstrate integrated climate resilience solutions in Europe’s most vulnerable coastal hotspots, bridging nature-based solutions, advanced digital tools for risk-informed stakeholder engagement, inclusive governance, and socio-economic viability into effective on-the-ground adaptation strategies.
